On Site at Your Service
Steen's service team based in Elmshorn near Hamburg conducts service visits all over the world. Our experienced office staff provide competent advice, carefully plan the service visits and supply the required spare parts. We are on the move for you at shipyards and on board ships in ports as well as during operation on the high seas. In our works, more complex repairs, modifications and reconstructions are also carried out.

If possible, we try to carry out repairs directly on site. Our service teams either have the required tools and material with them or they have sent them ahead together with spare parts, in case a repair on site is not possible, we have the facilities to help you in our workshop in Elmshorn. After a repair, the approval together with you as our customers and, if required, the classification society is a matter of course to us.
By the way: The supply of spare parts is ensured for at least 10 years. Our archives go back to the 1970s. Thus, repairs and provision of spare parts are feasible even for older Steen equipment.
